Inspire HR battery draining quickly

My inspire hr that is only about 7 months old has stopped working, It seems to charge and then loose the charge very quickly in the matter of minutes. I have followed several steps on the forum with no luck in resolving this issue.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR battery draining quickly and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I just want to confirm that you have tried these suggestions:

Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

Thank you for the advise. I did try these steps but Im not sure that is my issue. It will full charge but then drain very quickly

This is my issue too. I purchased my Inspire HR at the end of April 2020 and since the most recent update, the battery is only lasting a matter of hours. I clean the contacts with alcohol every couple of weeks, don't  have phone notifications set up and have followed the advice given in the help article to extend battery life, but still having issues.

I have the same problem.  Mine was a Mother’s Day gift (May 2020).  It appears to charge but will not hold the charge.
