Hello
Since the latest update my fitbit has not been able to hold a charge. It appears I almost have 2 clock faces when I swipe through my fitbit. I have compared with another person with the same fitbit and they do not have this on theirs. Also my Fitbit is constantly blinking from a lit up screen to dark and it never used to do this. I have changed the clock face turned all notifications GPS etc. done a reset and nothing works.

I am having the same problem since I updated my inspire hr the battery is not holding the charge ..For eg charged fully, put it back on and within 5 mins am down 5%......have to charge it after day/day and a half........I also have a second clockface if I swipe up that shows battery symbol & %, time and date........didn’t have that before the update.......generally not happy since the update......app is not showing stats for Some days Even though I never take it off!

Can you do the same for me??? Mine is doing the exact same thing - I've charged it three times today... holds a charge for a couple of hours and then 0% and I lose Bluetooth and sync. I'm @ghottamale

It’s the update causing the problem, although Fitbit will not admit to it. I have a post about my struggles (Don’t install updates!!) and there was an entire thread(over 200 comments)about people having issues as a result of the update. That thread has since been locked so that no new comments can be made. It’s awful that Fitbit is refusing to admit that there are problems with the update. Please let us know if the issue is resolved.

NOPE no response. I ended buying a Luxe. That's ok but too small to read the face.
