Inspire HR black screen

Hey guys I have a problem. My Fitbit Inspire HR will not turn on. It’s a black screen no flashing green lights and cannot be found through the Fitbit app. This happen to anyone else?? HELP!!🙂

Hi hcmp,

If you are past your warranty then they can not / will not help you, other than invite you to buy another one.  I will never get another FitBit. Such a waste of money.  I still maintain that it is a design feature that it stops working at the 1 year mark. Mine wasn't a charging issue, it just simply stopped working and won't sync to the app / site.   Good luck with yours!

Yes - I am dealing with the same problem. First it went all wonky and then I charged it and then tried the hold the button for 5 seconds as recommended elsewhere. After that it showed me the smiley face and then since went completely dead. Can't do anything with it. What do we do ?

Hi,

I called customer support and was able to get a replacement. It totally depends on the person as I’ve had such polar opposite experiences dependent on person at the other end of the phone. I suggest you try a few times until you get someone who is helpful.
My inspire overheated when I followed the rebooting instructions and when touching the button it burned my finger. This is a liability concern I expressed….

I hope you have success with a replacement.

I ordered a new one but now I'm having issues with the app. Kind of sorry I didn't order the Samsung one to go with my phone.

I was offered a replacement for the same problem, however, the link sent will not recognise my zip code and therefore I cannot place the replacement order
