I have a similar issue after syncing my device at 11:40 this morning after it went flat overnight. I now have the green flashing light at the back but the screen is black and the side button does nothing.

I'm having the same problem, but when I restart mine it brings up the smiley face, with no vibration, and then the "100" startup screen. Then back to black. Did you have any luck yet?

Following, mine is doing the exact same.

Hi - I also started having the same problem as of yesterday With my Inspire HR. I thought it was because i had briefly gotten it wet when watering the garden - but isn't it swin proof?? But it still charged - when i first plugged it in I got a smiley face, but now nothing. Its not syncing on my bluetooth. No green lights.    How to fix this?   Thanks in advance for any help!

I had this problem multiple times and it goes back on. It happens even though it is charged and it even register everything (steps, activity...) The last time it happened it lasted 2 days and then when it wasn't black anymore, the touch isn't working. 😞

They didn’t help me though, the support team just sent me an email saying my warranty has expired. I just wanted someone to help me and they didn’t.
I ended up buying a new inspire2

Mine charged to 100% this morning and worked through the day, but this evening the screen would not turn on and the green lights are off. I plugged in and held down the button but nothing happened. It's just totally dead and the app does not see it. The battery has been lasting very well (at least 5 days before it's at 30%) so it may be something else.

What’s wrong is everyone that posted about their inspire all had to do with
the same things, went swimming ( which it’s supposed to be ok to swim with
the Fitbit) and then it went black screen and never came back! What’s up
with that? Even if the warranty was up, the Fitbit should still work!
My opinion, no help at all
Thanks anyway

Mine too. I thought it was from swimming today (even though it’s water proof ), but now wondering if it’s whatever is going on with everyone else here.

Hello,
My Inspire HR will not turn on and there are no green lights. It was charged to 100% yesterday and worked fine until the evening when the screen stopped working and no lights either. Attaching the charger and holding down the button does not turn on the screen at all. It has had a really good battery and charging lasts at least 5 days.

Any other suggestions?

Thank you,
Carole

Customer support cannot help with this matter bc it’s a fatal flaw that’s not covered by warranty

Hi  - Leafl22

Why would you buy another, when clearly the quality is poor?  It just seems suspect that all the Inspire HRs are having the same issue at the same time.  Mine is only a year old and so therefore beyond warranty.   I will NOT be buying another, wasting my money only to have the same thing happen next year.  I'm heading over to the Garmin store, where I will pay more for better quality.

Have an awesome day!
