Inspire HR brand new, not updating or syncing properly

Bought an Inspire HR and we have tried to get it connected to the PC and our android phone. The PC has Windows 10.

It appears to be partially syncing as both devices are recognising it exists, but neither will do set-up or update to allow the Inspire HR to work

The Inspire HR has only ever shown www.fitbit.com/setup on the screen.

What do we do?

Hey @Spud1976 welcome to the Community Forums. I'll be glad to give you a hand to connect your Inspire HR.

 

Why don't you turn off the Bluetooth of your PC for a moment? It's best if you try with one device at the time. Please confirm the Fitbit requirements and check the troubleshooting steps here. I'm sure that your Fitbit will be able to update the version after finishing the set up process.

I’m trying to install a new inspire hr also. Same exact problem and I’ve tried all the suggestions several times. I had bought one in July with the same problem and sent it back. Guess I’ll be sending this back too. I’m currently using an Alta and have no problems with it except it dies suddenly after a day or two even though the battery is 3/4 full.

I've have tried all of these options prior to contacting you.

I think we will be returning the Inspire HR
