Inspire HR - can’t log food or water through the app

I having trouble logging in food and water through the app. Is anybody else having the problem

I am sorry to hear that you can't log food or water through the app. I am here to help you. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

You can confirm the steps to log food in this help article: How do I log food in the Fitbit app? To confirm the steps to log water intake, see How do I track my water intake in the Fitbit app?

Hi I can not log any water or food intake.  It work  then all of a sudden stopped. I followed your steps about logging out reset phone etc however it’s still doesn’t work please help
