My girlfriend and I both have Inspire HR's. My stride length is 73cm, and hers is 67cm. The values have been entered manually.
However, on our apps, we can have the same step total but her distance is always almost 10% higher than mine even though I have the longer stride. Anyone else having this confusion? Do we have a setting wrong somewhere?

@Aetherphoxx Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply
As you may know the distance is calculated by multiplying your steps with your stride length and you have manually entered your stride length manually. I would start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After remove the stride length from both accounts and record a few walks (make sure your height is properly set on both accounts) and see how the distance calculation responds. If you wish to keep the stride length I suggest you try recording walks with GPS as they help calculate the stride length.
Let me know how it goes.
