Hi @judolphins76  do you have a compatible computer?

Yes! I've been using Fitbit for years, and am switching from an Alta HR to
an Inspire HR, but I can't find anything on the Fitbit.com website that
helps me.

Click to see the article on how to set up.  Remove the Alta HR from your account and set up the Inspire HR as a new device on an existing account.

Thanks. This helped a lot, but when I got to "set up a new device", Inspire
is not shown as an option. It is considered a "tracker", right? Suggestions?

Thanks for the community's help. Yes, I worked with customer support. It
took a while, but we finally got my Inspire HR installed. Now I'm waiting
on the firmware to load...and I lost my internet connection and had to
re-start. Do I have to do anything to restart the firmware process?

What a disaster. Today Fitbit customer support told me it is impossible to set up the Inspire HR without a smartphone.  Eleven days ago, they said I certainly could do this on a laptop, that they were sending me a new Inspire HR, and that it should work this time.  So I waited.  Eleven days.  For what?  Now it seems I have to switch to Garmin, after six years with Fitbit. Unbelievable.
