It keeps erasing my steps . just lost 9k steps cause of a sync glitch.. (Not the first time) instead of app updateing to the watch... The watch erases down to what the app says

Let me help you with your Inspire HR losing steps. Have you logged any activities or do you have a third party app linked to your account that logs activities? If this is the case try removing any logged activities when this happens and sync again. Also restart your tracker by following these instructions.
