Inspire HR not detecting exercises

My Inspire HR was picking up my exercises but has stopped. It adds it to active but that's it. I've turned it off uninstall the app but still nothing. Only picks up my walks. So today I should have 3 out of 5 days but it's 1 out of 5

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not detecting your activities and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. What type of activities are you doing and for how long? Your device detects activities based on the motion on your arm. The automatic detection is a feature called SmartTrack. For example when using the elliptical machine make sure you have the moving bars so your device detects the motion and records the activity itself, once an Elliptical activity is saved on your account it should show on the Recent Exercise area. If your heart rate is high but there isn't much motion (yoga, weight lifting, etc.) then these activities will be difficult to be detected by your device. Still you can manually log your activity so you have a record on your account or use the activity mode on the device itself.

Every since the update last week my Fitbit inspire only tracks my exercise when I turn on the gps. So this week I have walked 3 days but only credited 1 day. It does sync with my WW app and puts in activities. If I have to manually enter my exercise I might as well not have a Fitbit. Thanks

My inspire fit bit is doing the same thing. It just all of a sudden stopped tracking my walks. It still counting steps correctly but it's not registering the exercise. I'm talking about exercise for 45 minutes walking at a good pace. I do have my settings set to detected exercise after 10 minutes. Something has changed with the fit bit. I need help. I did try resetting but that doesn't seem to be working.

My tracker isn't registering anything. The face is still going black. I'm to the point of just wanting my money back. And going to another type of tracker. But I have had a fitbit for 7 yrs. I've gone from 172lbs to 110lbs. I'm only 5'2".
