Inspire HR not getting text notifications

My inspire hr will not receive just my text notifications.  I have restarted it, pulled it from my bluetooth, reset it etc.  This is making me mad and I have only had it since christmas.  It was working fine,  but then stopped.  Help me!!

Let me help you with your text notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

a way to fix that might be to hold down the button on the side and scroll down and make sure notifications are on😊

I’ve tried everything on site and on this forum 

and called still no notifications

I’m having the same issue. I’ve put up with it for months. I haven’t received texts (and now calls) since October. I’m seriously fed up with it.

Me Too. When I bought it, the notifications worked fine for at least a month, and now it just keeps dropping the connection. I deleted everything and reset everything and reload, then it works for a few hours and loses the sync somehow. The only way to fix it seems to be doing the whole reload thing, which takes forever. Fitbit please help!
