Inspire HR not syncing

My Fitbit HR inspire won't sync either. Looks like a few people are having trouble as well. Last synced Friday night. Not impressed

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

I had already tried what was suggested. I even uninstalled the app & tried to reinstall it. What a joke that was. Wouldn't let me use my email. Waste of time.

My Inspire is also not syncing.  Every day or so it will sync, but not regularly as it used to.  This has been going on for 3-4 days now.  Frustrating!

I never has this difficulty with my previous (simpler) Fitbit.

i had this problem with inspire hr and got a new one (replacement) by fitbit.

After ~3 months same problem with new device!!!!

It only works when tracker is for at least 2 minutes in charging state and smartphone is 5 cm away from tracker!
