I’ve had it fir about 3 weeks now—it worked fine fir two weeks and the past week I’ve gotten just the times not the sleep number—which is only reason I decided to buy the HR over the regular Inspire. I have tried reset, turning heart monitor on and off, erasing all data, wearing it tighter, .... I’m ready to just return it at this point. Does anyone have any other suggestions or is this just par for the course? Does anyone from Fitbit ever respond on these forums?
thanks in advance fir your help!

I had similar issues and ended up getting a replacement.I had some nights when it tracked nothing and others with a simplified report.
it took many calls and emails

Same thing. Everything has been fine until Sunday night. It did not track my sleep. Adjusted band... Same Monday. Switched Arm, fully recharged.... SAME Tuesday.
So tonight: Hard reset+90 day Premium.
If that fails, I'll be standing next to you at the returns counter(socially separated, natch...)

Not only has my 4-month old Inspire HR skipped sleep and heart rate overnight recently but suddenly it is running out of battery charge every 6 hours! Up until this week, the charge would last at least 2 days. Now I have to charge it twice a day. Very odd!

Well, All is well... Last night, a full night was captured, as if nothing was wrong.
However, I just remembered an issue I used to have.
I thought it was happening because I hadn't gone Premium. Not that I have, since the issue is unchanged, here's the Q:
Does ANYONE get an actual graph for Estimated Oxygen Variation? My Mom, Wife, Brother, and Me... all get a blank blue graph... NEVER has any data.... Am I missing a step?
(PS) - Took me a min to find the graph in premium... Go to Sleep>>Click Today>>Restoration>>Scroll down
