OK, now my other daughter says her steps just randomly reset to zero while she was wearing her Inspire HR. She had 5000+ and suddenly has only 600. I checked, and it's tight enough on her wrist that it doesn't slide around. Any way to prevent this?

@JoeFuture, welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with the missing steps on your daughters Inspire HR. How often does she syncs her tracker? Did she logged any activities on her account? Does she has a third party app linked to her account? These situations may affect the step count (first one may assigned her steps to a different date and the second and third will overwrite the data). Still you can ask her to restart her device and sync it periodically.
Let me know how it goes.

It seemed to catch up to the missing steps when we sync'ed it to her phone again. There are no 3rd party apps linked. This was her first day with a brand new Inspire HR. Hopefully if it happens again, syncing will fix it again.

I'm having the same problem. Mine caught up the next day but then did it again. It's frustrating when seeing all the steps you've taken makes you more motivated. Mine worked great the first 2 days
