Inspire HR saying I am asleep when reading

Hiya, I read each night for a good three or four hours but my fitbit Inspire HR thinks that I am asleep and registers me as asleep.  Then I do not sleep well and toss and turn all night  but the fitbit does not seem to be registering this properly either.  It is set for 8 hours sleep between 11pm and 7am, so I am not sure what is going on and how to fix this has anyone else had this problem and sorted it out?  Thanks

Hi @StIves - When you sit still for so long, your device thinks you are sleeping. From a health perspective, it is better to get up and move around at least once an hour. But if you don’t want to do that, move your arm vigorously for a bit once in a while. Unfortunately, the tossing and turning may stop your Inspire HR from recognizing sleep. Bottom line - When your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your Fitbit device records that you’re asleepYou can read more about it here

Thank you so much, I guessed this may be the case but wasn't sure.  Thanks again.
