Inspire HR screen is not working

My Inspire HR has a blank screen, other than the smiley face it gives you when it's fully charged. It keeps having spurts of vibrating like it's trying to do something. It won't connect to bluetooth either. Nothing is on the screen at all.

I have the same problem. Even after a 5-second reset (on the charger), the smiley appears, but the screen remains black afterwards.
