My husband just got this Inspire HR for me this past Christmas. I love it! However, starting a week ago, the face won't go to sleep. It stays on several seconds, then blinks, repeating until it goes blank. I put it on recharger, then it works right for a few hours, then stays on again. When it is in this mode, the screen will not respond at all. I have read any related topics on this forum and tried going to the help link provided in one response. Nothing I have tried has helped.

@Ltruettner Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the screen issue that your Inspire HR has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, I'd like to know if you have restarted your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the issue gets fixed.
See you later.

Thank you for your reply. I tried the restart. The fitbit is still malfunctioning.
