Inspire HR screen not working

I've only had this inspire for over a year and take really good care of it. The screen keeps glitching and when I try to hold down the button or restart it the screen doesn't match up or sometimes doesn't even vibrate.

I've had this issue with the screen not responding to taps or swipes. It stays on one screen. I've rebooted it 3 times, let the power drain all the way and did the update. It is still not working and now have lines going through the clock. Ive had to replace the clock face twice now. I don't wear it in the water nor am I rough with my fitbit. I bought my previous one used and it worked great for about 3 years. I'm not happy with the Inspire HR.

My screen is glitching. Sometimes it shows half of the screen, but sometimes it’s blank. It still syncs to my phone. I have tried rebooting, removing it from the app, and changing the clock face. Nothing has worked. Help!

My mom's Inspire HR screen is frozen as well. The swiping does not work and is locked on the clock screen. I've tried restarting it  several times as well as updating it with no success. Is there an answer for this yet?

It depends on how long she's had it and they may be able to offer you a discount, potentially replacement. If you can get to where you can message customer service, they can help with that.
