Inspire HR screen stuck on steps

I can't scroll or change it off of steps. I take off when i shower, but my job like a bar tender, i need to work with liquid for a long time every day, in order to record the calories, i do not take it off when i am working, and today i found i can turn on the screen but cannot scroll it.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR is stuck. Have you tried restarting your tracker? If you have could you let me know if the issue persists?
