Inspire HR screen won’t scroll

I have had my Inspire HR for a 4 months now but it has in the last day just stuck on the clock screen. I can’t scroll. It charges ok. I’ve tried resetting several times but this makes no difference, any advice as to how I can resolve this problem. Thanks.

I am having the same issue with my Inspire HR which is just a few months old. Started two days ago. I have tried resetting it repeatedly but it won't reset. Please help us all resolve the issue, Fitbit.

I finally had to contact customer service and they replaced it.

My Inspire HR is only 8 months old and I have had the same problem, screen won’t scroll, even after trying the suggested fixes. Previously over the last few days the screen is also lighting up randomly, which drains the battery within a couple of hours. I have switched off the option for the screen to light when you turn your wrist but that didn’t help.

Any help would be appreciated.

I finally had to request a replacement because I couldnt get it to ever scroll.

Hi there!
I was on the point of returning mine after reseting it multiple times, when it just started working again of it’s own accord. No idea why.
It had another blip a few weeks later of the screen lighting up all the time, not just when I turned my wrist, which drained the battery within hours. Again, just when I was on the point of returning it, it resolved itself randomly after multiple resets. It has been fine ever since, thank goodness, but I know it’s just so frustrating and really hard to get any help. Good luck with getting it resolved.
