I have had my Inspire HR for a 4 months now but it has in the last day just stuck on the clock screen. I can’t scroll. It charges ok. I’ve tried resetting several times but this makes no difference, any advice as to how I can resolve this problem. Thanks.

@MaggieTuohy welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Inspire HR since the screen got stuck and won't scroll. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful. Please let the battery to drain completely. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
@RisingA thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! Since the screen of your Inspire HR is also stuck and won't scroll, please restart it as described in this help article and see if the issue gets fixed.
Thank you for your help @NellyG.
I'll be around if any question arises! 😀

Mine wouldn't scroll either. Couldn't get it to reset. Tried changing my clock face, which did work, and now the screen scrolls again.

How do I change the clock face? My fitbit won't scroll.

To load a new clock face, go to your account in the app (icon top left on Android). Go to Devices and touch Inspire HR. Will take you to another screen with clock faces. Touch Clock Faces, then All Clocks. Choose the one you want, choose Select on the next screen for the clock face. Leave your Inspire HR near your phone. It may take a few minutes, but you should see a line on your fitbit screen when it starts to load to your fitbit. It should buzz and then give you a check mark when it's finished. This usually does the trick when my Inspire HR starts acting up. Hope this helps.

Same problem. Tried resetting and connecting to app. Syncing & charging works fine, clock is working fine, but when trying to scroll to access menu, screen goes black. Help, anyone?

Changing the clock face worked for me.
I tried several times resetting via the traditional method.

My screen is frozen with a straight line across it. It will not turn off. I've tried all the work arounds given. What now?
