Inspire HR screen won't turn on

Hi there. Anyone with the inspire HR experience that their fitbit's screen won't turn on after a reset?

 

I've followed the instructions of holding the power button down for 5 seconds when charging. Has worked in the past, but the screen has been off for the past 12 hours.

 

The green light on the back is blinking and steps are being tracked. Any advice?

Mine is just the same, however the green light has now gone off too. its not working at all.

Thanks for the details shared in your posts and for already trying to resolve the issue. @jilliec Please confirm the steps and try once again to restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
