I am having problems with my Fitbit Inspire. I am not able to scroll through the menu, stuck on the clock screen. And the heart rate sensor stopped working. I tried everything (restart at least 4 times, changing the clock face, i let the battery run down, than charged around 4 hours) but nothing worked. I don't know what else to do.
