Let me help you with your step recording. I would like to know more about this. How is it that you feel the step count is wrong? Is your device counting too many or to few steps? Could you add examples or what you have noticed?

I think it counts too many. I am still wearing my cheap tracker that I
bought a few months ago because I wanted to compare the records. The
inspire is way a hard on steps. I believe it to be accurate because it
registers the same as my hiking bud's. I just do not know how to set
anything on it. Im not enjoying it and i was so excited to get it. Thank
you for asking.

Facing the same problem. I just bought it a few days ago. This thing already registered >500 steps and I've just walked from my bed to my computer. At this point, I'm not sure if the heart rate sensor is working accurately for which I bought the device. I'm disappointed,  please fix this.
