Inspire HR stopped syncing with app. Bluetooth is not pairing with device after update yesterday@ 9:37am. Tried all troubleshooting Technics suggested in help pages. Still no pairing. The update definitely messed up

Old thread but I came upon on it when my iconic and inspire hr each had problems. I hate these things, but need it for insurance purposes. Just figured out the syncing issue with my HR. It wouldn't work.to fix; In the app on your phone: go to account... Account settings... Authorized devices. REVOKE ALL.
I i had to re-sign into the app on my phone and it synced on its own immediately. Hope this helps.

Your listed instruction are rather confusing. For example, in Step 1 you say to turn off the phone. Then in Step 2 your instruct to go to the account. Would you take a look at these steps and clarify, please? Thanks.

I am having the same problem. Directions to resolve are so confusing. MUST TRACK FOR INSURANCE. Very frustrating

I may have to consider this. My fitbit unhooks often and now I have no device recognized on my phone app and it doesn't "see" the FitBit. It's basically a pedometer and watch for me now. Ugh.... It's only two years old. I'm not buying another one.

I have been having syncing issues with my Inspire HR the last 2 days. Coincidentally, the same 2 days I forgot to remove it before I showered.
Thank you! Right after the happy face appeared on my Inspire HR, it synced with my phone.

Fitbit have resolved and were very helpful. They got back to me straight away, I had tried resetting everything on my phone. What I actually needed to do was go to settings on my watch and reset it. I then added device from scratch in app and it worked.

I am having trouble again with inspire hr. I have got to the point of deleting device from app, every time I try to resetup device, it detects but unable to pair with code. It is not under Bluetooth on my phone. I have tried reinstalling app, rebooting watch, restarting phone. Stopping app and logging out of app. Please help!!

I did everything I possibly could except factory reset. Support advised me to do this and it worked, when I re-added device after a few mins it detected it.

When you did the factory reset did you lose all of your data though? Mine hasn't synced for 7 days, and here I am awake at 12:32 am trying every single thing that has been suggested because I really need my sleep data from this last week!

Thanks. After 7 days of me trying everything in the advice section to try to sync it, mine magically synced itself while I was finally asleep last night, so at least I have my data - not sure how accurate it is, because I can't remember what times I went to bed and woke each night. I wonder when it will next sync.
Nothing more annoying than seeing that "You should wear your fitbit to bed" message repeatedly when I am desperately trying to sync it to get my sleep data.
