Inspire HR stopped syncing

My Inspire HR won't sync anymore.  I've restarted it.  I've restarted my iPhone.  I've restarted the Fitbit again.  It's only 2 months old.  So, I wanted to sync it before midnight so my steps would register so I went on my computer (MacBook Air) and logged into my dashboard but can't find a sync button?  Can you not sync it from your computer anymore?  All my steps and everything I did today isn't registering and it's very frustrating.  Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

@Misty75 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions including computer ts here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your reply.  So, I remove my Inspire HR from my bluetooth?  Restart inspire & iPhone and then reconnect to bluetooth?

This didn’t help.  Still not syncing.  Can someone tell me how to sync my Fitbit on my computer?  Where is the sync button?

I can’t re add my Inspire now??  I removed it.  Shut my Bluetooth on & off and shut down my phone.  Started it up & now it won’t even add my Fitbit. It’s looking for it & asking me to make sure it’s nearby.  It’s charging on USB cable one foot in front of me.

I'm having the same issue here.  It's been a whole week. My Fitbit is only a watch.

No luck. I'm afraid.  I tried unpairing and repairing but it says it couldn't find the device.  I did change the clock face on my Fitbit and wonder if that could have done something it didn't like?

Glad to read that I'm not the only one that their Inspire HR hasn't been syncing worth a **ahem** the past couple of weeks, at least. I've restarted the tracker and the app numerous times. I've done the permissions steps numerous times and still not syncing with the app properly. This is ridiculous.

I have the same problem - the sync has been working since July last year. Its now the end of March 2020 and the iphone seems to be struggling with finding the Inspire HR device. I have restarted bluetooth, re started the fitbit app, restarted the fitbit, but no joy.
