Inspire HR stopped working and cant' set it up again

Hello everyone, I bought my FitBit Inspire HR in July. It was working fine until August. One day I put it on the charger and it never came back on. So a few days later I held the start button for 5 seconds and then the heart sensor started back up. But the screen was still black. I’ve tried restarting, resetting and disconnecting from my phone. Nothing helps. Until yesterday I tried pressing the start button but now only the “Smiley face” comes up. So I’ve tried to reset it through the FitBit app as if it’s the first time. But whenever I try to enter the 4 digit pin it get stuck on a little white line. On the app it shows that it is 100% charge and it does connect to bluetooth. Thank you

 

 

 

Edit: It’s been two months and I’ve tried setting up the device again. The bluetooth connects, but that is about it. It only shows the “smiley face”then just a blank screen.
