Inspire HR syncing issue

I've been having consistent problems getting my Inspire HR to sync with the app on my phone. I've gone through all the troubleshooting, sometimes it works to reset the Bluetooth or restart my phone but never for longer than a couple days. I'm getting tired of having to go through this every day or two.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Not sure which steps you followed. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Thanks for the response! I looked on the compatible phones list, I don't
see my phone (Blu XL4) but it has synced to my phone before. I've turned
off and back on my Bluetooth multiple times, restarted both my phone and my
Fitbit, all of the permissions are on for the Fitbit app.

@smprice thank you for the update and sorry for the delay in mine. 

Thank you following my previous suggestions. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You don't mention if you cleared the bluetooth area on your phone (removing all listed devices there). Also have you tried a different phone, tablet or computer? Finally did you check the help article listed in the last bullet point?
