Inspire HR touch screen not working

I cannot swipe through the options on the face of my watch. I have charged it fully, and tried pressing and holding the side button, and nothing happens. What do I do to get it working again?

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR screen. Not sure if you were able to properly complete the restart instructions as you didn't mention if you plugged the device. Please retry the restart by following this help article.

I am having this issues. I keep searching and can not find a solution. I've tried restarting with no luck. Its stuck on the clock face
