Inspire HR touch screen unresponsive

Touchscreen on HR completely unresponsive have tried thorough charge and restart, to no success. 
is there a solution?

I am having the same issue with my Inspire HR. I have also tried the suggested restart without success. What else can I try? Thank you!

I contacted their support team who were really helpful and have shipped me a new device pebble, for free! 
I contacted them using the live chat facility, hope you get it sorted 🙂
