Inspire HR tracking steps but not counting as exercise days.

the Last two days my Fitbit has tracked my steps but doesn’t show any exercise data OR record a day of exercise.  Frustrated.  Anyone????

I suggest you call tech support - I’m new to all of this too

@BatonMom18 Sorry! Toggle exercises— go into the exercises, click the settings gear, and then it lists auto recognized exercises and if you go to any one of them and turn the auto recognize off and then back on.

 I have tried charging it and pressing the button, I have also turned my iphone on and off and deleted and added my Alta HR- can anyone suggest anything else please? I can't seem to access any previous data from my Fitbit, it is logging my steps but won't track my exercise.
