The inspire will not sink. It is connected via Bluetooth but will not sync. I have done all of the troubleshooting, have refreshed and restarted the fitbit snd the apps and the devices and have tried on multiple devices. It’s absolutely useless. Anyone out there reading this DO NOT buy and inspire. I’m so disappointed in the product and the company.

My Inspire quit syncing two days ago - except for yesterday's sleep. No steps. I have it connected to my Mac desktop.

I was finally able to sync my Fitbit Inspire after following all of the guidelines on the troubleshoot (Reboot watch and phone, delete and reinstall Fitbit, turn Bluetooth on and off, forget Fitbit, etc). What finally worked was deleting all other synced items on my Moto G7 Power and ONLY sync my Inspire.
