I have had my Inspire HR for a couple months now. My display won't turn on or sync to app and no green lights on back of device.  This happened once before and I plugged it into the charger and held the button for 10 seconds and released it. That solved the issue. Today, not the same. I will get the smiley face and then nothing. So I gave up and tried again this afternoon.  Still nothing. Please help.

How did you set it up? I have had TWO pebbles sent and neither is showing display or setting up.

Replacement won't help. I am on my 2nd one. They are very nice but they are sending damaged products with NO customer support.
