My fitbit inspire HR is having trouble syncing and I have reset it and told blue tooth to forget it and restarted my phone.
Yesterday it finally synced - but today the data from yesterday is gone, not showing on the web dashboard either and todays data will not sync to phone.
i keep getting a pairing request too and I say ok, but there are no other steps

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, monitor your Inspire HR during the next 24 hours and see if it syncs properly.
