Inspire band falling off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The pins that hold the band to the fitbit won't stay in place and band keeps falling off...afraid I will lose it!  Sent me a new band but the band is not the problem.  the body of the fitbit has tiny indentations for the pins...not sure if these are too shallow or just worn to the point the pins will not stay in...disappointing

I have te same problem, have only had my fitbit for a month or so and the band falls apart on a daily basis and I almost lost it yesterday. How does one contact support?

Best Answer

I chatted with them online at the fitbit site.  They sent a replacement band, but that didn't help.  Had to send my fitbit to them and they are supposed to send a replacement...have not gotten it yet.

Yeah, I've probably lost mine. I'll go back and fish for it with my phone. But, I'll probably need to buy a new one. Why not just put a normal band on it?

Best Answer

I ordered a "normal" leather band on Amazon. Can't wait to get it as this plastic / rubber / silicone (whatever it is) thing is impossible for me to fasten.

I wear this Fitbit for health insurance purpose only and all this watch does is fall off.

Best Answer

I contacted fitbit and they replace mine.  The new one has not fallen off one...been wearing it about a month.  Also this one has better battery life.  I would contact fitbit.

Thank you I contacted Fitbit and they are sending me a new one

I have been having the same problem, Frustrating!!!! They are sending me another band, but not sure that is the problem, may be the fitbit. so sad I love it when it stays on.

I have the same issue. For me it's not the band, it's the holes on the main body/chassis of the Inspire that have become deformed enough over time that the pins on the band have enough movement and are able to pop right out of the holes on the body/chassis.

I'm  not sure why Fitbit switched  to using pins for the watch band. The previous clips on my Charge and Alta were great - never fell off. If I had known about this design, I would not have purchased the Inspire. It falls off at least twice a day. And usually I don't  notice it right away because it's  so lightweight.  On a good note, I'm  getting a LOT of steps  running around looking for my Fitbit!🤣🤣

Hi - I am having the same problem, I actually lost my watch yesterday on the train home and luckily someone handed this in, it continuously falls off and I am considering sending it back completely, I have tried different straps already.  Can someone please help? I have only owned the watch for 2 weeks this is unacceptable!

Hello Hannah I went to the Fitbit website and did a chat session. I showed them pictures and was sent a new Fitbit and band.

I literally just lost my Fitbit Inspire HR due to the band falling off, this had happened twice before but all support would offer me was a 25% discount. What use is that if your products will just continue to fall of my arm when I’m not watching? A good company would have fixed the problem long ago to keep customers satisfied with the product and making them feel that their money won’t go to waste!

I am also having this problem. It is not the band, it is the fitbit itself, the pins dont fit correctly. Is there anything I can to do fix this, or contact fitbit?
