Hoping someone can help my inside he isn’t showing the apps when I scroll down. The Fitbit app on my phone shows them as being downloaded but alas no alarm or breathing apps on the watch itself. I have tried restarting my phone and resetting the watch.

Try scrolling the other direction; swipe down - apps are above clock face.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
