Inspire is not responding

Inspire only showing time and steps nothing else. Cant swipe up to get miles,sleep,calories and cant hit button on side to see battery percentage

I have had more trouble with my Inspire HR than any other Fitbit I've had. At least once a week it has trouble syncing (I use Windows 10). Right now I can't swipe through the screens, can't sync, and Fitbit support options are limited. I've tried the pairing suggested to no avail. I'm pretty much disgusted.

I had to do 3 times and the last time I held it down for 10 seconds , finally worked.

I'm having the same problem since a few hours ago, while I was walking. I followed your instructions but it didn't work. It vibrated after I pressed the button for a few seconds but the screen stayed on the home screen with time and calories burnt. Can't swipe at all. No smile icon displayed i pressed and held the button. What should I do with this new watch which I just bought it 3 weeks ago?

Ok now it worked finally, after like 7-8 times, I pressed it for more than 5 seconds each time.

Hi there.

I did not see that you had the charge cable connected to a power source. I
would re-Try doing everything but you must have the watch connected to the
charge cable and the charge cable Must be connected to a power source.

If this helps, great. If not, I am sorry, but I thought I would try to
help.

I am having the same trouble.

 

at first it would swipe, and then nothing at all!

 

after resetting (attaching to charger and holding button down, smiley face, etc.), multiple times, I can at least tap it to see calorie count, but still can’t swipe to start a workout, etc.

 

please do not respond with restart instructions... I’ve done that at least 5 times now, with no luck.

 

thanks so much for helping, cuz I love my Fitbit!

I’m having the same issue. I get a smiley face after 10 seconds of holding the side button. But it’s still only showing the time. No ability to swipe and it won’t show any other info. 

move had mine about 9 months? Is this the lifespan? Is there a warranty?

Thank you.
I had followed all the steps including connecting it to the power. It
didn't work at first when the power in the Fitbit was 62%. (So I guess the
power had to be at an even higher level to make that work?)
Anyway, after trying around 8 times, the smile face appeared and things
started to work normally again.

Nice job!
I just discovered that using any of the custom faces will surely guarantee
this problem. In other words I found that using the standard clock face
minimizes the problem.

Let me say that I too love my fitbit. I have had three different models
and like the form and function of this one the best. And, that is why
it is frustrating to have these issues. You are not alone.

How can I reach someone who works for Fitbit? I’ve tried all solutions given, and nothing works.

My fitbit is now working. Some kind of miracle because it did it on its
own.
I am NOT a fan of fitbit at this point. Very disappointed overall and
would not recommend to anyone to buy one.

I'm having the same issue after a few months. Mine woke me up at the requested time. 15 minutes later I felt a vibration while I was making coffee. When I checked about 5 minutes later, my Inspire HD was dead. When I attach it to the charger, absolutely nothing happe, not even a vibration.

Yay! It worked first try! Thank you so much. I've only had my fitbit for a month. I was NOT ready to say goodbye.
