Inspire is not responding

Inspire only showing time and steps nothing else. Cant swipe up to get miles,sleep,calories and cant hit button on side to see battery percentage

Hi - My fitbit inspire looks dead. I have it on charge for over 30 minutes now. I have tried restarting, but its showing no life. Anything else that I can do? 😞

I have the same issue. Restarted many times. No go.

Its completely useless except for keeping time. Also paid for the additional protection plan. 

The forum is helpful but difficult to navigate especially if you're older. 

You make it very difficult just to return the product and either get money back or a replacement.  

So what do I do with a defective product with a 2 year warranty.????

followed the instruction but only a single middle bar is displayed.

My inspire will not even keep the correct time.  removed it and tried to repair it but now it does not find the device, despite being on the charger on my computer.  Of course I cannot sync it either. It has not synced since May but I have been busy and didn't notice.

Hello,  I tried what you suggested and nothing happened.   I find it ridiculous that one needs to place it on the absurdly short charger to attempt to restart this device.... not everyone has a laptop.. there really should be a reset button on the Fitbit...no one carries around the cord...

My Inspire isn't doing anything.  I tried to restart it by plugging it in and then holding it for 4 seconds and still nothing.  Once for a brief time, the green light was flashing on the back.  Please help.

It's still not working. I never got a smiley face and it didn't vibrate.

My inspire completly stoped working, then I tried holding down the power button, and it shows the simley face but doesn't viberate. It works for the next few minutes then stops working again.

Hi there.
I am replying because I sympathise with your frustration.

So, NO, dod not remove the watch from the charging cable as you reset it -
that will not work or do anything. You need to leave the watch connected
and be "Patient" while you wait for the watch to reset... It may take as
much as a minute or even two.

It's hard to believe that these unsolved problems with the Inspire HR are still so common and cause so much grief and time. Yet the product is still on the market and continues to be sold. The device has one job. ONE JOB. Track/sync my steps. I couldn't in good faith recommend this tracker, and when I see how many people over the years have complained about its failure to sync without a workable solution, I don't feel like I could recommend the brand, in general.

My Inspire is doing the same thing. I have tried resetting it multiple times and only the smile appears without vibrating. I even unpaired it from my phone and paired it again, synced it multiple times and I still can't get the swipe to work. I've had it almost a year and a half and I'm hoping that it would last longer than that.

 I’ve tried everything you mentioned and also changing the clock face but still can’t scroll to any other screen
