after i set up my fitbit my snapchat notifications were coming through for roughly 3 hours and now none are coming through even though snapchat is selected as one of the notification apps

Let me help you with your Inspire not getting notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
