Since January the sleep tracker hasn’t recorded any sleep, I haven’t changed any settings, everything else is logging as normal, Amy suggestions?

Yeah I have the same problem, it kinda works when it wants, I've tried everything from super loose to super tight in my wrist but doesn't seem to matter..

Yeah same this commonly happens if the fitbit is paired with Androids i hope they fix this because they dont seem to actually care

Let me help you with this. @HarryNBros this is odd as I only use an Android device and my devices have always been able to detect my sleep, this has been my personal experience and in no way want to invalidate yours so this is why I want to help. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
