Inspire not syncing, notifications not working

Ever since I got my Fitbit I’ve tried to link my phone notifications to my watch and for some reason my Bluetooth & notifications don’t sync! I’ve tried everything! Different WiFi’s I try multiple times through the app and my actual phone settings but it just doesn’t work on my watch .... someone help!

Let me help you with your Inspire not syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
