Hi,
My FitBit Inspire isn't recording my swim at all. It just adds more steps and doesn't even recognize an activity. I have turned on the AutoRecognise feature for swimming and restarted it as per the advice on here, but don't know what else to do. I bought this mainly for tracking my swimming so am disappointed.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this happening with the swim activity only or with other exercises as well? Which mobile device are you using to sync your Inspire?
