Inspire screen not responding

my inspire tracker is not responding  to anything including reseting the device. After the last charge a smiley face appeared on and off and Now that won't even display.. I have tried to charge it a couple of times  but it will.not respond. What else can l.do?

Hi @Carolinerose, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the unresponsive screen issue that your Fitbit Inspire has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I would like to know if your Fitbit Inspire vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Fitbit device for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
