Hi - have used my Inspire since mid Feb with no problems. Charged it this morning & was working fine until about 6pm. Screen was working but not registering then screen blanked completely. Followed reboot instructions but no joy. Any advice?

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire display and than you for troubleshooting this issue. Is your Inspire still syncing? If it is then please change the clock face by following these instructions.

Thanks for your reply. I posted this on Saturday but as no reply then contacted via Twitter - I had a response and followed the instructions to reboot (same as online) but no joy. It then connected for about an hour this morning then stopped again. I then called and tried to sync again - was advised to change clock face (clearly a problem here as I changed the face recently)but could not sync to do so. Was then advised I would be sent a replacement. It has of course just restarted...
