Inspire stops counting steps between 5990 and 6000. Starts again after 3 or 4 hundred more steps.

I had a similar issue a while ago, where my Fitbit device was not resetting at midnight as it was supposed to do. Nevertheless, I realized I had my time zone set incorrectly and that was causing my Fitbit device to reset all my data. Would you mind double checking this setting? For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't describe your issue, please restart your Fitbit device and keep an eye on your Inspire's behavior the next couple of days.
