Help!.  I have been wearing my device for >24 hours now.  I am not getting smartphone notifications, like texts messages or phone calls on my fitbit.  I have a Samsung Galaxy phone and had no trouble receiving notifications on my Garmin tracker prior to switching to the fitbit.  I have troubleshooted within the fitbit app and within the notifications in my phone.  It is connected to the Bluetooth because my steps are updating within the app. Thank you

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not getting notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.
