Are you able to replace the battery if it dies?

How long does the current battery lasts before it just dies?

@SunsetRunner   With average use, your battery can last up to 5 days on a single charge.  Lithium ion polymer batteries have a "lifespan", sometimes three years or more, but the Inspire/InspireHR are too new for this to be the reason.

You cannot replace the battery, but you might have a defective battery.  I think you should contact Support directly for help.

I have not purchased this product. I’m only evaluating my options.

So if I purchase this product it will last about three years before I need
to replace it. Is that correct?

I've had two break in less than two months. In the past mine have lasted well over a year.

I purchased my Fitbit inspire HR in April and now it will no longer charge. The face stays blank except I can get a smiley face once in a while and once in a while I feel a vibration when I pick it up. The app said it had very low battery. What a huge waste of money. I am  extremely disappointed in Fitbit for this poor product. Based on other reviews and comments elsewhere this seems to be a problem with the inspire.  I expected better from Fitbit.

Yes I have add issues also with the Inspire. This is my 3rd Inspire in 4-5
months and my mother is on her second in the same timeframe. My daughter's
Inspire has not had to be replaced yet. I'm hoping the product improves as
I have had much better luck with our Fitbit products in the past. Also I
have found replacement time is not very fast :(.

I'm having the same problem with the Inspire battery too.  I can tell it's not charging correctly. This is my second Fitbit.

I too am getting the smiley face and it won't charge past 1%. I've been working on it now for 5 hours, even purchased a new recharging cord but that did not help either. I have only had mine a year and a half but I'm not sure I'm going to replace it with another fitbit. This is my second Fitbit in 4 years and have been very surprised, and disappointed that it only lasted a year and a half.

I've had mine just over 18 months.   Battery just went and it would not recharge.  I left it for a few weeks while I decided what to do.  I can get it to charge now but it's dead in a day from a full charge.  Not much good.
