Is there any way to contact Fitbit without sitting on hold forever?

Very frustrating that there's not even an "estimated wait time" provided when wanting to get an answer about a broken device.

Probably because their software has gotten buggy in the last couple of weeks.  Surely they can fix these problems with a new version or send an “upgrade” to a previous version.  It is ridiculous that these problems haven’t been resolved yet!
