Horrible product ... less than two years old. Crapped out. No help from CS, except discount code to purchase a new one. Fitbit knows this is a problem. There are COUNTLESS people who've complained of the same issue...since at least 2019 (I just discovered). You sell junk that doesn't last, and know you sell junk that doesn't last, then expect me to BUY a new one?

Totally agree!!! My Inspire died yesterday for no good reason. This is the 3rd time in 2 years. Replacement product they sent me last April due to this issue, died right after the 1-year warranty period. I don't want a discount to buy a new one. I want a product that will last for several years.

I couldn't agree more. The first one died after 3 months and they told me it was a defective battery and they sent a refurbished replacement. That was also junk and I've had constant problems with it. After 6 months it was unresponsive to a tap. Tonight I was told it's defective. Of course I'm out of warranty so it's all a joke. I have a Google pixel 6 pro and was thinking about getting another watch but no way. The thing never worked well. All I want to do is count my stupid steps. Like a fool I was a premium user because I forgot to disenroll. Ugg . So frustrated.

Agree 100%. Plus, if a product is deemed defective after just 3 months, they have a real nerve to send a refurbished one after they promised they would send a new one. Too bad I'm in PA and I can record phone calls. Ugg
