Hello @ba4 and a warm welcome. The Lenovo A7000 isn't on the list of compatible smartphones/tablets. That doesn't mean it won't work. You might not get full functionality.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Just as our friend @LZeeW mentioned, the Lenovo A7000 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it and your Inspire HR. This doesn't mean that you will not be able to use your Fitbit device at all, however, we cannot ensure that all its features will work as expected and as the way your device was designed.
On the other hand, could you please let me know if you're experiencing an issue with your Inspire HR at this moment? If so, please provide as many details you can so we can move forward.
